Announcing the Promotion of Sadie Lykins to Office Manager

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Sadie Lykins to the position of office manager at Premier Pain Treatment Institute (PPTI). Sadie has been an integral part of our team since November 2023, and we are excited to see her step into this new role.

Over the next couple of months, Sadie will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for her responsibilities as an office manager. In August, she’ll temporarily be taking over the reins of our Mount Orab office while Baylie Stricker, the Mount Orab manager, is on maternity leave. Once Baylie returns, Sadie will eventually transition to managing one of our other Premier Pain locations as we continue to grow and expand.

Sadie’s journey into the medical field began somewhat serendipitously when she was offered a position as a medical assistant at a podiatry clinic by her best friend’s aunt. She was trained on the job and quickly progressed through various roles, including front desk, surgery scheduler, and ultimately, office manager. Reflecting on her career path, Sadie shared, “I was there for five years, and then transferred to the front desk, then promoted to surgery scheduler and eventually office manager.”

Her time at PPTI has been marked by hard work and dedication, which have not gone unnoticed. Sadie expressed her gratitude for the promotion, saying, “It means so much to me to be recognized by Dr. Danko for my hard work at the clinic. I’m really looking forward to making a positive impact on the office and contributing to the clinic’s growth.”

Sadie is particularly eager to apply her experience in a new environment, noting, “I’m eager to see the differences between being an office manager at my former clinic and being an office manager at PPTI.” As she transitions into her new role, her immediate goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of each job in the office, enabling her to provide support and guidance to her team effectively.

Looking ahead, Sadie has ambitious long-term goals for PPTI. She hopes to be successful in her position for years to come and is excited about the potential for the clinic to expand. “The idea of PPTI possibly opening new locations throughout the city is really exciting to me, and I’d love to be a part of that process,” she shared.

In her new role, Sadie seeks the support and patience of her colleagues as she navigates the challenges and responsibilities of office management. “Please be patient. I’m sure I’ll feel a bit overwhelmed at first but know that I have everyone’s best interest at heart,” she said. She believes that with mutual support, she can grow into her role and, in turn, be a strong supporter of her team in the years to come.

Sadie’s story is a testament to the opportunities for growth and advancement at PPTI. She hopes her journey will inspire others within the organization, emphasizing that with the right work ethic and commitment, promotions are achievable.

We are confident that Sadie’s dedication, experience, and positive attitude will make her an exceptional office manager. Please join us in congratulating Sadie Lykins on her well-deserved promotion!
