Baylie joined PPTI and steadily advanced through the company, beginning as a front desk receptionist before earning her current leadership role. While her academic background includes an Associate Degree in Psychology, it is her strong work ethic, adaptability, and passion for helping others that have fueled her professional growth. She takes great pride in her journey within the company and values the opportunities PPTI provides for career development and advancement.
