Founded in 2016 by Dr. Michael Danko and Kristen Luebrecht, PPTI has experienced remarkable growth, evolving into a multidisciplinary team that includes three physicians, five Nurse Practitioners, and two Physician Assistants. Our expert providers treat a wide range of conditions, including disorders of the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. From innovative therapies for diabetic peripheral neuropathy and post-surgical pain to cutting-edge options for arthritis and nerve damage, our practice combines the latest advancements with compassionate care. With a growing patient base of over 8,500 individuals annually, we welcome approximately 250 new patients every month.
PPTI’s expansion reflects our dedication to accessible care. Beginning with our first location in 2016, we have since established additional clinics in Mount Orab (2017), Hillsboro (2019), and Middletown (2024). Most recently, we opened the Premier Surgical Institute, a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in Loveland, Ohio, offering advanced outpatient surgical procedures. This growth demonstrates our unwavering commitment to bringing comprehensive, high-quality pain management closer to the communities we serve.
