Celebrating Success: Ashley Allen’s Journey to Pump Coordinator

Over the past four years, Ashley has been an invaluable member of our team, embodying our core values with unwavering sincerity and grace.
Ashley’s journey with Premier Pain Treatment Institute commenced humbly as a medical receptionist at our Loveland office. Her inherent compassion and diligence quickly caught the attention of our team, propelling her into the role of Medical Assistant for the esteemed Dr. Michael Danko. Her tenure under Dr. Danko’s guidance honed her skills and deepened her understanding of patient-centric healthcare.
Transitioning to the role of Medical Assistant for Paul Siegwald, a Physician Assistant within our practice, Ashley continued to shine. Paul Siegwald himself commends Ashley’s professionalism, punctuality, and unwavering reliability. Her dedication to excellence set a high standard for all who had the privilege of working alongside her.
Ashley’s recent promotion to Pump Coordinator signifies not only her personal achievement but also the trust and confidence bestowed upon her by PPTI. In her new capacity, Ashley assumes the critical responsibility of acting as a personal liaison for patients, ensuring seamless scheduling and appointment coordination while facilitating optimal care experiences.
Reflecting on her journey, Ashley shares her excitement: “I’m the type of person who loves helping others and hearing their stories on how much PPTI has impacted their life to get them back to normal. I think I’ll miss being a medical assistant because I’m so involved with my patients, but I’m glad that I’ll still get to see and work with some of them in this new position.”
Paul Siegwald echoes the sentiment, expressing his elation for Ashley’s well-deserved promotion: “I’m so excited for her promotion. She’s the best MA I’ve ever had. She’s always on time, very reliable and dependable. She set the bar very high for any MA who will ever replace her. She definitely deserves this promotion and will certainly excel at it.”
